This keeps calling 2-3 times a day, with no answer after I say HELLO

HE WANTS ME TO SEND MONEY TO HIM USING A DEBIT CARD SAYING HE WORK FOR US LEGAL SOLUTION AND IF I DONT SEND ANY MONEY TODAY HE WOULD SEND PAPER WORK TO COURT SAYING I OWN A PAYDAY LOAN AND I DONT HAVE ANY.HE HAVE MY ADDERESSS,LICENSE#.

calls after 9pm at night but no one says anything and does not leave a message on answering maching

This person left a message on my cell phone with very broken english and claimed that my friend was in a serious issue and I was the person she left as a reference. I called the number back and asked what kind of scam is this and who are you. He got defensive and sayed I would be arrested. I said a couple profanities and hung up. This was today, I havn't heard anything back.

Says he is calling because "something with my social came up in his system and he needs to hear from my attourney or myself before legal action is pursued". Has an EXTREMELY HEAVY Indian accent, I am American and almost cannot understand. They called 11 times back to back after I insisted telling EACH time they had the wrong number. I am led to believe if there are legal actions against me then an AMERICAN PROFESSIONAL will call. Not some underpaid idiot who does not speak my language.

Have received many many calls...

Has called many times in the last month or so, sometimes more than 3 times in a day. usually hangs up, but when they talk they try to sell me a trip to somewhere, indian accent. argues with me and tells me to fuck off. askes "will you do sex with me?" and calls me stupid. i have called the FCC and the police department.
